THE ENEMY IN-A-ME
Christ of Nazareth to repent, and be restored to a right relationship with God
the Father by being reconciled through Jesus Christ and the power of the
Holy Spirit.”
Immediately I fell to my knees and began repenting, crying out in worship to
God. The Holy Spirit lled that room and the presence was so thick that it felt
like rushing waters. Things that were not of God were crying out as if it were
being tormented. The enemy that was in-a-me reared its head and showed
its ugly face and began to rant and rave and say. “Leave us alone, what do we
have to do with you? We’re here rst, there is no getting away from us. I
know what kind of man he is; I know the blood that runs through his veins. I
know because I started a long time ago through his bloodline causing his
forefathers not to serve you and turning them away from the truth. I was
successful in turning them from committing to you, their wives or anything
else. I know the strongholds and the generational curses that plaques his life
and his family because I put them there. There is rampant evil, there is
vicious back stabbing, there is envy, uncalled-for killing, bickering and
cheating, meanness, lying, God bashing, pride, idolatry, homosexuality,
incest, child abuse and molestation, wife beating, and wife stealing. There is
sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, and outburst of anger, sel shness,
dissensions, heresies, drunkenness, discord, wicked imaginations, confusion,
strife, hypocrisy, partiality, cursing, accusations, adultery, fornication, sexual
immorality, sexual perversion, lust and no love. You name it and it’s here and
every type of evil work. The generational curses, strongholds and demons on
and in his life go way back.”
I began shaking like a leaf, fear lled me, but on that day something strange,
something wonderful, something so and more powerful than me began to
move. I knew that I had just repented and had asked God to deliver me and
set me free and to make my heart right and to cleanse me from all
unrighteousness in the name of Jesus. I opened my mouth and the only
thing that I could utter was the name of Jesus. The bible declares; “God's
name is a place of protection— you can run there and be safe. [Proverbs 18:10]
I fell down on my face, prostrate before the Lord; not understanding what
was taking place in that room at that moment of time. All I know is that
something was happening and it was a move of God.
