                                                    Lisa’s Lasagna

                                                           Egg Free





                          1 pound ground turkey or low fat ground beef, browned and drained

                                          1 box Ready to Bake Lasagna Noodles

                                 1 Jar of La Rosas Spaghetti Sauce and 1 can of the same

                                                  16 oz. Cottage Cheese


                                                 12 oz. Mozzarella Cheese

                                                     Garlic Salt to taste

                                                  Onion Powder to taste

                                                 Italian Seasoning to taste


                       1. Put all seasonings in the meat.

                       2. Make layers in the lasagna pan of sauce, noodles, meat and cheese

                           until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese.

                       3. Bake per instructions on noodle box or (375 degrees for about 50‐60
                           minutes covered with foil and then uncovered until cheese melts and
                           starts to brown, about 5 minutes more.)


                       4. Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting, so that it holds together better.
