                                              Hamburger Casserole


                                  5 small potatoes (or use canned potatoes and fry first)

                                              2 pounds ground beef browned


                                             2 cans cream of mushroom soup

                                                      1‐1/2 cups milk

                                               1‐1/2 cups shredded cheese



                     1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

                     2.  Brown your ground beef and set aside.

                     3.  Peel and slice potatoes and set aside.

                     4.  In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt and pep‐

                         per to taste. Mix well and set aside.

                     5.  Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick spray.

                     6.  Layer in the pan, potatoes, beef, soup and cheese, then repeat.

                     7.  Top with remaining cheese.

                     8.  Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.

                     9.  Remove foil and bake another 30 minutes until potatoes are fork tender.

                     10. Allow it to sit for 10 minutes, then cut and serve.
