Crockpot Chicken Stuffing and Green Beans
Serves 6
2 pounds (about 4) chicken breasts
1 box of stuffing mix (6 oz.)
1 can cream of chicken condensed soup (10‐1/2 oz.)
3/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup water
10 oz. bag frozen green beans
Salt and pepper to taste.
1. Prepare crockpot with cooking spray.
2. Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in crockpot.
3. Top chicken with stuffing mix.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together condensed soup, sour cream and water.
5. Spread mixture over stuffing.
6. Place green beans on top.
7. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
