                                                  Honey Bun Cake


                        1 package Betty Crocker Super Moist butter recipe yellow cake mix

                                                2 sticks butter, softened

                                                           4 eggs


                                           1 container (8 ounce) sour cream

                                              1/2 cup packed brown sugar

                                                1/3 cup chopped pecans

                                             2 teaspoons ground cinnamon


                                                  1 cup powdered sugar

                                                    1 tablespoon milk

                                                    1 teaspoon vanilla



                1.  Heat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease the bottom only of a 13 x 9 inch

                    pan.

                2.  Remove 1/2 cup dry cake mix and reserve.

                3.  Beat remaining cake mix, butter, eggs, and sour cream in a large bowl on

                    medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Spread half of
                    batter in pan.

                4.  Stir together reserved cake mix, brown sugar, pecans, and cinnamon and

                    sprinkle over the batter in the pan.

                5.  Carefully spread the remaining batter over the pecan mixture. To make

                    spreading easier drop dollops of cake mix on mixture and then spread.
