                                                   Icing for Scones


                                            1 tablespoon milk or heavy cream

                                                 1/2 cup powdered sugar


                                           1 teaspoon vanilla or lemon extract



                                    Mix all ingredients together, stirring until smooth.

                                                     Spread on scones.
