                                            Potato Casserole...Great!






                            1 large package frozen Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed (30‐32 oz.)

                                                  1/2 cup melted butter

                                                1 teaspoon salt or to taste

                                             1/4 teaspoon pepper or to taste

                                                  1/2 cup chopped onion

                                               1 can Cream of Chicken soup

                                                    1/2 pint sour cream

                                             2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese





                                                   Topping Ingredients

                                                2 cups crushed corn flakes

                                                   1/4 cup melted butter



                       1. Grease a 9 x 13 pan.

                       2. Mix together, butter, salt, pepper, onion, cream of chicken soup, sour

                           cream and cheese.

                       3. Add to hash brown potatoes and place in pan.

                       4. Mix together topping ingredients and spread evenly on top of potato
                           mixture.


                       5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
