                                                   Dora’s Lasagna





                                            1‐1/2 pounds 80/20 ground chuck

                                               48 oz. jar of Prego meat sauce

                                               8 oz. grated Parmesan cheese

                          15‐16 oz. whole milk ricotta (Part skim will work but it will be runny)

                                                  16 oz. grated mozzarella

                                                  No boil lasagna noodles

                                                            1 egg

                                          1 to 1‐1/2 teaspoons Red pepper flakes


                                         1 teaspoon Oregano or Italian seasoning

                                                    1‐1/2 teaspoons Salt

                                                    1 teaspoon Pepper






                                                          Prep Work


                         1. Brown the beef in a skillet then remove from heat and drain grease.

                         2. Add 1‐1/2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, and Prego to meat and
                            stir together.

                         3. In a large mixing bowl Add ricotta. Stir in the egg adding red pepper
                            flakes and oregano. Add 3/4 of both grated cheeses saving the rest

                            for later. Mix well.
