Assembling

1. Add thin layer of meat sauce to bottom of 13 x 9 cake pan.

2. Add layer of noodles.

3. Add more meat on top of noodles.

4. Add spoonsful of cheese mixture on top of meat.

5. Repeat until you have last layer of noodles.

6. Add remaining meat.

7. Top with the reserved parmesan and mozzarella.

Baking

1. Cover cake pan with foil.

2. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes, then remove foil.

3. Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees without foil to brown.
