                           Dora’s Cheesy Sour Cream and Chives Potatoes




                                                    5‐6 potatoes, sliced

                                                     1 cup sour cream

                                             1 cup shredded cheddar or Colby

                                  1‐2 tablespoons chives or green onions chopped fine

                                                 Salt and pepper to taste


                            1.  Place potatoes in a pan of water and cook until fork tender.

                            2.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

                            3.  In a greased 1 quart casserole combine sour cream, cheese,
                                chives, salt and pepper.

                            4.  Add drained potatoes.


                            5.  Stir to coat potatoes.

                            6.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20‐30 minutes.
