Easy Peach Cobbler
1 large can (28‐29 oz.) of peaches in heavy syrup do not drain
1 cup milk
1 cup flour (self‐rising)
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter (melted)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix dry ingredients until blended.
3. Pour in milk and stir until blended again.
4. Pour melted butter in 9 x 13 inch pan.
5. Pour batter on top of butter. DON’T STIR!
6. Spread peaches (including syrup) over butter/batter mixture. DO NOT
STIR!
7. Bake 45 to 55 minutes, or until it is set in the center and golden.
Note: You can use other fruits.
