                  In an area where there is an open network the number of roads is small. This means when a
                  road is flooded or damaged, the distance to alternative routes is very large and an area can be
                  cut off from surrounding villages and cities for a period of time. This will lead to high indirect
                  costs, but lower direct costs due to the small amount or roads.

                  By using PowerCem Technology, the indirect costs will be low. After the floods, the damage on
                  the road infrastructure is minimal. This is because after floods on these roads, that are not
                  damaged, the roads can immediately be opened for use.

                  With traditional construction techniques the roads will be severely damaged and the
                  reparation time can take up to a few weeks, in which time the road cannot be used.
