Specialty Practices: What 2020 Holds
The Specialty program will continue to be a central pillar of HUB’s
strategic direction in 2020. Revenue growth remains a core part
of this strategy. If you're a Practice member, you're central to this growth, and we look
forward to your participation.
Active participation is how we grow. Growth isn't just revenue though that is important. It is
also the development of YOU as a professional in our organization.
During 2020 we want to increase participation at all levels - producers, account teams,
marketing, risk, and claims. Beyond participation, we'd like to solidify our Practice leadership
structures, build more resources. Over the next year, we'd like to increase visibility for our
practices, and experts by among other activities, provide expertise for individuals and
regions.
In short, Engage, Educate, Execute.

Corporate Marketing: 2019 Specialties Achievements
Marketing Goals: Increase brand awareness, share engaging thought leadership and
generate sales opportunities.
2019 Results:
• Sponsored 3 webinars with 2,400 registrations, 980 attendees and a pipeline of $665k.
• Drove 71,441 visits to HUB industry web pages resulting in 1,319 requests for information,
442 sales qualified leads, $75K in revenue, and $346k pipeline. Launched 8 new web
pages that generated over 8,000 page views.
• Generated 240,448 impressions from paid advertising in specialty publications with a
pipeline of $45k.
• Sent 45,655 e-newsletters to subscribers with a 29% open rate and 10% click rate
• Created 103 blogs in collaboration with HUB specialty experts
• Placed 83 interviews and authored articles in trade publications
• Develop and promoted 8 external client case studies.
