                                                    Lemon

                             Lemon  is  a  fruit  that  is  very  popular  throughout  the
                      world, known for its sour taste and rich in vitamin C. This fruit
                      is  often  used  in  various  culinary  delights,  drinks  and  health
                      products because of its various health benefits. This report will
                      discuss  the  classification,  characteristics,  nutritional  content,
                      health benefits, cultivation and use of lemons.

                             Lemons  belong  to  the  Rutaceae  family  and  are  one  of
                      many species in the Citrus genus. Some commonly known types
                      of lemon include: Eureka Lemon, Lisbon Lemon, Meyer Lemon.

                             Lemon is a medium-sized fruit with an oval shape and
                      bright  yellow  skin  color.  Lemon  peel  consists  of  two  layers,
                      namely  the  outer  layer  which  contains  essential  oils  and  the
                      inner layer which is white and bitter. The flesh of a lemon is pale
                      yellow and has many grains that contain juice. Lemon seeds are
                      small and white or cream colored.

                             This  lemon  has  many  nutritional  contents,  including
                      Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Potassium and Fiber. Lemon
                      also has many benefits for our body's health, such as increasing
                      immunity, improving skin health, and supporting digestion.

                             Lemons can grow well in warm climates with sufficient
                      sunlight. The following are several important steps in cultivating
                      lemons,  including  selecting  seeds,  planting,  maintaining  and
                      harvesting. With the ease of cultivating lemons, there are several
                      challenges  when  cultivating  lemons,  including  pests  and
                      diseases, climate change and soil quality.
