clear at the top, with Cloe Warbrick adding the other. Workington Reds have joined the teams
chasing after Blackpool, moving up to third after a Hayley Bracken hat-trick, Hannah Green,
Caitlin Davis and an own goal saw them to a 6-2 victory at Morecambe Res. Haslingden made
it three wins out of three when scoring eight without reply past Carlisle Utd, whilst Preston
North End were 7-0 winners over Chorley Women Development.
Division One South leaders Warrington Wolves were held to a 1-1 draw by fourth placed
Curzon Ashton, whilst Northwich Vixens have gone level on points with second placed
Chester FC Women after beating Runcorn Linnets 4-3. West Kirby are up into mid-table
following their 2-1 victory away to Alder FC Women.
South West League
Marine Academy Plymouth have leapt into a mid-table position in the Premier Division after
they defeated Bideford 7-0 in the only game played on Sunday. Sam Drewery netted twice and
there was one apiece from Lucy Dann, Amber Hadrill, Chloe Harris, Dionne Igalawuye and Jodie
Shipton.
Bristol Rovers extended their Northern Division lead to six points by winning 3-1 against
their nearest rivals, Frampton Rangers. Lily Greenslade, Anna Hubble and Annys Turner all
scored for Rovers, with Gabby Menghini replying. Almondsbury meanwhile continued their
improving form with a second straight win, 3-1 away to Weston Mendip. Amy Jefferies netted
twice and Zoe Hales the other for 'Bury, whilst the home side's consolation came from Charlotte
Suktem.
Swindon Town Development have edged further ahead at the top of the Eastern
Division after their clash with Paulton Rovers finished in a 1-1 draw. Lucy Scrannage scored for
Swindon whilst Paulton, who stay just behind the leading sides, had taken a first half lead through
Alex Gwyther.
Helston Athletic have taken over at the top of the Western Division following their 4-2
victory over Liverton Utd. Sasha Sparkes netted two of the goals along with Eve-Charlotte
Moore and Dani White, with Hannah Drummond and Charlotte Jeffery replying.
Southern Region League
Chichester City kept themselves in touch with the leaders in Division One with a 4-2 victory
over Abbey Rangers. Gabriella Hobday was on target twice for Chi along with Katie Bundy and
Payton Howard. Aimee Lawrence (2), Eleanor Reid, Gabriella Tchuenkam and Kellie Warren
accounted for the goals as Southampton Women Res defeated Woking Ladies 5-1.
Winchester City Flyers have progressed in the League Cup after scoring eight times
without reply past Eversley & California. Libby Wilkinson, Emily Woodhouse and Shayne
Prasad all bagged doubles for Winchester, with Noella Rodricks and Charlotte Warhurst adding
the others.
West Midlands League
Coundon Court moved up to fourth place in the Premier Division after Hannah Roxburgh,
Jessica Sevellec and Sophie Shale gave them a 3-0 win away to Redditch Utd. Kidderminster
Harriers meanwhile moved into the top half following their 3-1 victory over Worcester City in
which Sarah Lojko, Anne Johnson and Dani Selmes all scored. City of Stoke picked up their first
point as Holly Ellison, Connie Shaw-Peake and Stacey Barley got on the scoresheet in their 3-3
draw with Coventry Sphinx, who replied with a Brenna Ruffley double and Charlotte Hooper.
Amelia Whitehouse scored twice along with Paige Taylor and Macy Isherwood as Port
Vale won 5-0 at Wyrley Ladies to move into the top half of the Division One table. Walsall
Ladies meanwhile picked up their second victory, 2-1 against Darlaston Town thanks to
Aaliyah Shearer and Maja Szymkowiak. Leila Hopkins and Lucy Cawtheray were on target for
Coventry City in their 2-2 draw with Walsall Wood, who scored through Beth Male and Tayler
Davies.
In Division One South, Katie Edwards netted twice and Chloe Barker-Duthie the other as
Kingfisher won 3-1 away to Sedgley & Gornal Utd. Rugby Borough emerged as 3-1 winners
from their derby match against Rugby Town thanks to Emily Davies, Beth Fesel and Michelle
Oldfield. Westfields Women meanwhile won for the first time, beating Droitwich Spa 4-2
with doubles from Lauren Brown and Sophie Elcox-Bond.
