Bruton enjoyed two seasons in SE7 before calling time on her playing career upon the
       conclusion of the 2022-23 season.


       West Ham United can confirm Paul Konchesky has left his role as manager of the women’s first
       team.
           Konchesky, who was appointed manager in May 2022, was in the dugout for the final time
       on  Saturday,  when  the  women’s  team  played  host  to  Tottenham  Hotspur  at  the  Chigwell
       Construction Stadium, as the Barclays Women’s Super League 2022-23 campaign reached its
       conclusion. The resulting 2-2 draw meant that the Hammers finished the season in eighth place
       in the WSL.
           The  former  Hammers  and  England  left  back  departs  having  overseen  29  matches  in
       charge in all competitions, having previously been assistant manager.


       Arsenal are delighted to confirm that Frida Maanum has signed a new contract with the club.
       Frida joined the Gunners in July 2021 from Linkopings FC in Sweden and has since made 78
       appearances, scoring 20 goals.
           Frida made 40 appearances in her debut season with Arsenal, including 24 starts and 16
       substitute appearances, with the Norwegian midfielder scoring four goals and providing two
       assists.
           Now 23, she enjoyed a stellar second campaign in N5, starting 32 of the 38 matches she
       featured  in  and  generating  a  return  of  16  goals  and  nine  assists  –  a  team  high  for  goal
       involvements in the 2022-23 season.
           In recognition of her impressive season, Frida was nominated for the PFA and Barclays
       WSL Player of the Season awards and was chosen by the Arsenal Women Supporters’ Club as
       their outstanding performer for the campaign. She was also voted by their supporters as the
       Arsenal Player of the Month in both October and January.
           At international level, Frida represented Norway at the UEFA European Championships
       in 2017 and 2022, as well as the FIFA World Cup in 2019.
           “It feels great – I love Arsenal and I’m looking forward to continuing my time here,” Frida
       told www.arsenal.com. “This is a place where I can develop and learn from the players around
       me and take steps both on and off the pitch.
           "We’ve  had  some  really  special  moments  this  season  and  the  connection  with  our
       supporters has been fantastic, so I can’t wait to see what we can achieve together.”
           Head Coach Jonas Eidevall added: “Frida has been one of the outstanding performers in
       world football this season and we’re delighted that she has agreed a new deal with us. Since
       joining us two seasons ago, Frida has developed into a wonderful player and has contributed an
       impressive number of goals and assists this year.
           "I believe there is a very high ceiling for what Frida can achieve in the game and I’m so
       pleased she will continue to wear Arsenal colours moving forward.”
           Head of Women’s Football Clare Wheatley said: “Everyone at Arsenal is delighted that
       Frida has signed a new contract here with the club. At 23, Frida is already one of the most
       exciting players in the game and we look forward to watching her continue to excel in red and
       white for years to come.”
           Arsenal have also announced that Lydia Bedford has left their women’s coaching set up to
       take up the position of head coach of Brentford U18s men's team.
           Bedford joined Jonas Eidevall's team as an assistant coach in February 2023, following a
       spell in charge of Barclays Women's Super League club Leicester City.
