Pauline MacDonald has named a twenty-strong squad for the upcoming UEFA Women’s Under-
17s Round Two Qualifying tournament. The tournament will see Scotland Women’s Under-17s
play at Spartans’ Ainslie Park, beginning with a match against Israel on Thursday 9th March,
before closing out the tournament against Georgia on Wednesday 15th March. In between those
two fixtures, Israel and Georgia will face each other on Sunday, 12th March.
The young Scots prepared for these upcoming matches with a double header against Greece
in early February, drawing the matches 0-0 and 1-1 in Athens.
The qualifying matches will be streamed live on Scotland National Team Twitter, Facebook
and YouTube channels, along with key match updates on @ScotlandNT on Twitter.

Nia Davies has announced her squad for Wales’ upcoming UEFA Women's U17 Championship
qualifying triple-header. Davies has named a 20-player squad for their League A Round 2 fixtures
against the Netherlands, Finland and Sweden.
Several players from the FAW’s Girls Academy squads have been name in the squad, while
there is also Genero Adran Premier representation with two players from Pontypridd United
included.
Wales begin the mini-tournament against the hosts the Netherlands on Wednesday 8th
March before taking on Finland three days later. Davies’ side then face Sweden in their final fixture
on Tuesday 14th March.

The Northern Ireland Women’s Under-16 squad that will be competing in a UEFA WU16
development tournament in Bulgaria later this month has been announced. Manager Stevie
Graham has chosen a 20-strong panel for the tournament in which Northern Ireland’s opponents
will be hosts Bulgaria, North Macedonia and Montenegro.
The Black Sea resort of Albena is playing host to the four-team UEFA tournament. The venue
for the matches is the multi-pitch Stadium Albena complex.
First up for Northern Ireland, on Tuesday 14th March, will be a game against the Bulgarians
(9am kick-off UK time; 11am in Bulgaria). Matchday two will see them come up against North
Macedonia on Thursday 16th March (9am kick-off UK time), while their final game is versus
Montenegro on Sunday 19th March (8am start UK time).
The WU16 squad for the UEFA development tournament is as follows:
