Fulham FC Women lost ground as they crashed 5-0 to Dartford, Nicha Dyett netting twice
along with Emily Vaughan, Elizabeth Adams and Milly Penfold. Mia Lockett scored for
Dulwich Hamlet, along with an own goal, as they shared a 2-2 draw with Saltdean Utd who
replied through Georgia Bridges and Molly Hill, whilst Aylesford picked up their first point
when they and AFC Acorns finished level at 3-3. Janine Daly, Ellie Livingstone and Rebecca
Nesbitt were all on target for Acorns, whilst Aylesford netted through Amanda Reece-Beeput,
Wiktoria Bukowska and Charlotte Cresswell. Sutton Utd leapfrogged Enfield Town in the
table after beating them 5-0, courtesy of a goal apiece from Olivia Watson, Emily Oliver,
Jasmine Backhurst, Caitlin Savage and Sarah Chapman.
Clapton Community hold on to the leadership of Division One North but were beaten
2-0 by second placed Brentford. Chloe Logie and Nikki Saunders scored the goals for
Brentford, to narrow the gap on their opponents to a single point. Dorking Wanderers
defeated Dulwich Hamlet Res 7-1 and are a further three points behind, with a number of
games in hand. Cherelle Khassal led the scoring with a hat-trick, Katie Butts weighed in with a
double whilst Xayla-Rae Alberts and Charlotte Keenan were also on target. Denham Utd were
1-0 winners at Hackney and Sport London e Benfica battled out a 1-1 draw with
Leatherhead, goals coming from Renata Ferreira and Jaime Paige respectively.
Division One South leaders Hastings Utd were held to a 2-2 draw by Bromley FC
Women and saw their advantage cut to two points. Sylvia Safranovic netted both goals for
Bromley, whilst Ashford Utd got back to winning ways when Rebecca Wyatt gave them the
points against Newhaven. Third placed Eastbourne Utd received a setback when they were
beaten 2-0 by Herne Bay, who scored through Izzy Taggart and Erin MacLennan. Shannon
Watson, Olivia McGregor and Grace Laverick each scored twice for Welling Utd as they ran
out 9-1 winners over Montpelier Villa, with Sarah White, Amy Panayi and Molly Hawkins
also getting on the scoresheet, whilst Grace Mayhead (2) and Kady Wilkinson accounted for the
goals as Maidstone Utd won for the first time this season, 3-1 against Cray Valley (PM)
whose consolation came from Annemarie Blanche.
Richmond Park progressed in the League Trophy as they defeated Whyteleafe on a
penalty shootout, after the game finished in a 1-1 draw. Rebecca Keyte had given 'Leafe a first
half lead, which they held until ten minutes from time, when Lauren Hawkley equalised for
Richmond to take the tie to spot kicks.
North East League
Chester-le-Street Town are closing in on the Premier Division title and a quick return to the
National League after beating their nearest rivals South Shields 3-2 on Sunday. Elizabeth
Clarke, Laura Hockaday and Brogan Prudhoe all scored to take the Cestrians nine points clear
at the top. Wakefield defeated Harrogate Town to move 5-1 and lift themselves into the top
three, courtesy of goals from Charlotte Blythe (2), Neve Renwick (2) and Sophie Parrish. Allison
Ferris and Alex Ross both bagged braces for Sunderland West End in their 6-1 victory over
Redcar Town, with Olivia Inaloz and Jael Anderson also getting on the scoresheet.
Wallsend BC Res have gone back to the top of the Northern Division, thanks to a 6-1 win
away to Chester-le-Street Utd. Millie McKenna hit a hat-trick and the others came from
Rachel Hepple (2) and Catherine Shields. Third placed Spennymoor Town had put eight past
Guisborough Town on Friday night with Megan Foster, Lily-Mae Jackson and Autumn
Colledge all on target twice along with Hannah Knox and Coral Colledge. Anna Charlton and
Lauren Gray gave Hartlepool Utd a 2-1 success at Thornaby Ladies whilst Norton &
Stockton Ancients Res defeated Hartlepool Pools Youth 4-0 with Caitlin Jones, Lucy
Staines and Emily Joynes all scoring along with an own goal.
There were plenty of goals scored in the Southern Division and no change at the top where
Barnsley FC Ladies preserved their lead of six points with a 3-2 win away to Millmoor
Juniors Ladies. Louisa Barraclough (2) and Lynn Goodman scored for Barnsley, with Leanne
Corns and Crystal Lisle replying. Handsworth defeated Sheffield Wednesday 8-2 and still
head the chasing teams, Danielle Pinder netting four times and Katie Jepson adding a further
three along with Caitlan Tattershall. Natalie Dean was on target twice as third placed Altofts
