East Midlands League
       Mansfield Town defeated Arnold Eagles 4-0 in Group A as the opening matches in the
       Trevor  Clifton  Trophy  got  underway.  Monica  Bowley,  Natasha  Leach,  Ellie  Marshall  and
       Shannon  Purdy  all  netted  a  goal  apiece  for  Mansfield.  The  other  group  match  between
       Sherwood FC Women and Notts County Development finished goalless.
              Notts County have got off to a good start in Group B, beating Rise Park 5-2. Nya
       Chambers hit a hat-trick for County along with Melissa East and Elle Rowson, with Jessica
       Waplington netting twice in reply. Chloe Phillips and Isabella Mauro were on the scoresheet as
       Derby County Academy won 2-1 against Loughborough Students.
              Leah Cudone and Charlie Cooper led the scoring with doubles as Northampton
       Town stormed to a 9-1 success away to Oadby & Wigston in Group C. Eden Brown, Rachael
       Mumford, Alex Bartlett, Emma Billenness and Francesca Partridge added the other goals, with
       Samantha  Hargrave  replying.  Peterborough  Utd  defeated  Thrapston  Town  5-1  in  the
       other game, Hannah Pendred netting twice along with Laura Dodwell, Piper O'Neill and Molly
       Orr-Love.
              In Group D, Rotherham Utd took the honours as he scored six times without reply
       past St Josephs Rockware of Worksop. Rachel Hale, Harriet Houghton, Helen Lynsky,
       Amy  Pollock,  Nat  Shaw  and  Bradie  Wild  all  scored  a  goal  each.  Chesterfield  meanwhile
       defeated Oughtibridge WMSC 4-1, courtesy of strikes from Gina Camfield, Kelly Fidler,
       Bethany Smyth and Millie Standen were all on target.
              Beaumont  Park  have  started  well  in  Group  E,  beating  Coalville  Town
       Ravenettes 3-0 thanks to a Carmelina Colangelo double and Rebecca Moises. In the other
       group game, AFC Leicester edged out Leicester City Ladies by the odd goal in nine. Jamie
       Elday and Ella Needham each scored twice and Jade Benford added the other, while Nancy
       Miles hit a hat-trick for City but finished on the losing side, Megan Thacker also finding the net.
              Abigail Murrell and Tracey Duxbury-Mead both bagged hat-tricks for Lincoln Utd
       as they ran out 8-0 winners over Lincoln Moorlands Railway. Lauren Churcher and Holly
       Newman meanwhile weighed in with the other goals. Ollerton Town and Sleaford Town
       battled out a goalless draw in the other group match.
       Eastern Region League
       Cambridge  City  Development kept up their good start in the Challenge Cup Group A,
       although it needed a penalty shootout success to make it two wins out of two after sharing eight
       goals with Haringey Borough. Ellie Cullum, Kayla Krett, Emma Littlewood and Philippa
       Witherspoon  all  scored  for  City,  while  Haringey  replied  through  Aaliyah  Boyea  (2),  Amy
       Haynes and Kasandra Rukat. Wroxham ran out 4-1 winners at AFC Dunstable thanks to a
       Lauren Bullard brace, Grace Birchall and Victoria Pleavin.
              One match was played in Group B, Bedford Ladies scoring six times without reply
       away to Wodson Park to go into top position. Natasha Fensome was on target twice for
       Bedford along with Setor Acolatse, Mathilda Fidler, Gemma Franklin and Freya Hobbs.
              Group C is shaping up to be a very close one, with four of the five teams level on three
       points. These now include Royston Town who bounced back from an opening defeat to beat
       Stevenage  Women  Development  2-1.  Charlotte  South  and  Samantha  Edgar  scored
       Royston's  goals,  with  Holly  Greenwood  replying.  Leigh  Ramblers  meanwhile  defeated
       Bowers & Pitsea 4-3 on penalties, after the teams had battled out a goalless draw.
              St Ives Town are the early leaders in Group D following their penalty shootout win
       over Wymondham Town. Ella Burnley (2) and Ruth Fox were on target for St Ives as the
       match finished level at 3-3, Wymondham finding the net through a Hannah Waters brace and
       Rebecca Russell. Nicola Henman, Jess McKay and Leyah Maddix all scored twice, with Dionne
       Manning adding the other, as Luton Town opened up their group matches with a 7-1 victory
       against Colney Heath.
