       Premier League Cup
       Liverpool Feds led the surprises in the Determining
       Round of the Premier League Cup, as they won 1-0
       against  Nottingham  Forest.  Ellie  Fletcher  scored
       the only goal of the game, just after the half hour mark, to send the Feds through to the Cup
       whilst their Northern Premier Division opponents will compete in the Plate.
            AFC Bournemouth were the other team to win against higher division opponents,
       with a 1-0 success away to Hounslow Women. Helen Corbin gave the Cherries victory
       with her goal in the eighth minute.
            An injury time, extra time winner saw Middlesbrough come through a thrilling a
       tie against West Bromwich Albion with a 3-2 victory. Armani Maxwell, Rebecca Olley
       and  Eve  Marshall  were  the  scorers  for  'Boro,  whilst  Albion's  replies  came  from  Leanne
       Robinson and Jannelle Straker.
            Chichester & Selsey produced a fine result, winning 2-0 away to South Coast rivals
       Portsmouth. Megan Fox fired Chichester in front midway through the first half and a late
       own goal sealed the result for the Sussex side.
            Loughborough  Lightning  were  given  a  tough  game  by  Doncaster  Rovers
       Belles before emerging as 2-1 winners. Nicola Russell scored a goal in each half to give
       Loughborough the victory, despite Nadia Khan replying for the Belles.
            Southern Premier Division leaders Southampton FC Women were pushed all the
       way  by  Cheltenham  Town  but  progressed  to  the  Cup  with  a  3-2  win.  Lucia  Kendall,
       Georgie Freeland and Sophia Pharoah scored the goals for the Saints, whilst Cheltenham
       responded with strikes from Abby Bevan and Mai Butler.
            Sheffield FC meanwhile came through their Yorkshire derby tie with Bradford
       City with a 1-0 victory. Molly Waite settled matters with the only goal of the game, scored
       on the hour.
            Oxford Utd faced an awkward trip to AFC Wimbledon but managed to negotiate
       it with a 2-1 win. All of the goals came late on, Riva Casley giving Oxford the lead and Carly
       Johns sealing the win for the U's in injury time, despite Ashlee Hincks pulling one back for
       the Dons.
            Bridgwater Utd were another team pushed hard by lower division opponents but
       made it safely through to the Cup, when Sydney Hinchcliffe and Amy Goddard scored the
       goals to give the Somerset side a 2-1 victory over Maidenhead Utd.
            Plymouth  Argyle  emerged  as  2-0  winners  from  their  Devon  derby  tie  away  to
       Exeter City. Gabi Alphous gave Argyle the lead on the quarter hour and they wrapped up
       the win midway through the second half with a goal from Jemma Rose.
            Cardiff  City  Ladies  also  managed  to  negotiate  an  awkward  tie  at  home  to
       Actonians Ladies, Robyn Pinder and Ellie Sargent scoring the goals to give them a 2-0 win
       against their in-form opponents.
            Zoe Barratt scored the only goal of the game as Ipswich Town managed to keep up
       their winning start to the season with a 1-0 success against London Bees.
            Burnley  FC  Women  enjoyed  a  successful  trip  to  Hull  City,  running  out  7-2
       winners. Evie Priestley was on target twice for the Clarets along with Dominique Cooper,
       Lucia Molinari, Millie Ravening, Courtney Willis and a Nicola Worthington penalty. Liberty
       Bott and Emily Smith were both on target for Hull.
            Huddersfield  Town  played  host  to  Division  One  Midlands  table  toppers
       Boldmere St Michaels but avoided a potential banana skin by beating them 7-2. Brooke
       Marsden and Brittany Sanderson each scored twice for Town along with Ria Montgomery,
