P. 9
GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY WOMEN’S FOOTBALL LEAGUE
The AWAY Team Secretary is responsible for confirming receipt of these
directions or if not received, seeking such directions from the Home Team
Secretary.
It is the responsibility of both teams to report the match result within two
(2) hours of the conclusion of the game directly to the League FA website
via SMS text message.
Fully completed Match Report forms must be sent to the Fixture Secretary
to arrive no later than three (3) days following the game (usually means
by midnight Wednesday for Sunday games).
If a match has to be postponed, it is the responsibility of the Secretary of
the postponing Team to speak to the Fixture Secretary, Referee
Appointment Secretary, the Match Official and the Opponents. Emails
and/or text messages must be acknowledged.
In the event of a colour clash, the AWAY Team must change.
You must have committed members of your club and you will be asked to
identify a Chairperson, Club/Team Secretary and a Match Secretary.
These will be the only contacts the League will recognise and they must
ensure they comply with any order or instruction of the Management
Committee, or satisfactorily attend to the business and/or correspondence
of the Competition, otherwise the club shall be liable to be fined or
otherwise penalised at the discretion of the Management Committee.
These personnel must give their contact details and phone number(s),
postal address and email address which will be circulated to all other
League members. Contact phone numbers for the Club/Team Secretary
and a Match Secretary will be put on the League web site.
Any changes to your contact details must be given to the League
Secretary and the GFA as soon as possible.
All match reports and Whole Game team sheets must be exchanged with
the opposition and signed by them before the match and we advise that
the players on the pitch are actually checked against the relevant team
sheet to ensure that they are who they are supposed to be.
If a player is present who does not appear on the Whole Game team sheet a player
registration form must be completed and signed by both teams on match day and
suitable photo id of the player must be supplied to the opposition. If no form of
photo id is supplied then that player cannot play and it is your responsibility to
inform the Referee and the League Secretary of this fact. See Rule 20(F).
