players and the number of players registered for the applying
team.
o The facilities must include
- Separated changing rooms and showers for the home and away
teams. These must be segregated from any male facilities.
- Separated changing rooms and showers for the Referees (note
that male and female referees are used by the League and
should be segregated from the opposite gender).
o Club/Team Management/coaching staff and First Aiders will need
to be identified and copies of any relevant certificates must
accompany the application.
o the Clubs Code of Conduct for club officials, players and
management/coaches and Codes of Conduct for spectators must
be submitted.
o Details of any other Clubs/teams using the pitches and who owns
the ground/pitches.
The application will be initially reviewed by the League Management
Committee and if acceptable the Club may be invited for an interview.
As there are U18 players in the League, the applying club must be aware
of Child Welfare considerations.
The League is fully committed to the RESPECT campaign and expect all
Clubs/teams in the competition to sign an agreement that they will abide to
the RESPECT rules.
Following the application the Committee will then decide whether to put the
team forward to the voting members for consideration at the League AGM
normally held in June.
Admittance to the League.
At the discretion of a majority of the accredited voting members present,
applications, of which due notice has been given, may be received at the AGM or
an SGM.
At this AGM / SGM, the applying club will be asked to introduce themselves to the
members of the competition and give a brief review of their Club/ team. They will
also confirm the acceptance of the entry conditions to the members.
