POLICE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION

The Police Federal Credit Union (sometimes referred to as “Police FCU” or “PFCU”) is headquartered
in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. It is a full service, not-for-profit, financial institution committed to
serving and protecting the financial interests of Members of the law enforcement community and
their families since 1935. The Police FCU is a member-owned, not-for-profit organization; any "profit"
from the business is returned to Members in the form of lower loan rates, low or no-fee products
and services, and higher dividends. We consider employees of Police FCU to be our most valuable

resource.

All employees play an important role in contributing to our tradition of professional growth,
excellent customer service, and our continued success as a business.

MISSION STATEMENT

Police Federal Credit Union is dedicated to partnering with the law enforcement community and
their families, exclusively. We are committed to serving their needs, protecting their future, and
helping them to achieve financial freedom.

VISION STATEMENT

Our vision is to be a full service financial institution that provides a distinguishable member service
experience as well as the types of financial products that will directly benefit our Members and
encourage them to look to Police FCU as their primary financial institution.
