EMPLOYMENT-AT-WILL STATEMENT
Employment at Police FCU is voluntary and based upon mutual agreement by the employee and
employer. As such, it is subject to employment termination at any time by you or the Credit Union,
with or without cause, with or without notice, and without liability for doing so. This employment
status is commonly called Employment-At-Will. Nothing in Police FCU’s policies shall be interpreted
to conflict with or to eliminate or modify in any way the Employment-At-Will status of Police FCU
Employees.
This policy of Employment-At-Will may not be modified by any officer or employee and shall not be
modified in any publication or document. The only exception to this policy is a written employment
agreement signed by the President/CEO or the Chairman of the Board of Directors, whichever is
applicable.

WORK ETHICS
Police FCU will comply with all applicable laws and regulations and expects its President/CEO, Board
of Directors, Volunteers, Chief Executives, AVPs, Supervisors, and all Police FCU employees to conduct
business in accordance with the letter and spirit of relevant laws and refrain from dishonest or
unethical conduct.
Employees shall, during both working and non-working hours, act in a manner which will inspire public
trust in their integrity, impartiality, and devotion to the best interests of the Credit Union and its
Members.
PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
Police FCU is committed to hiring and retaining employees who possess the knowledge, skills, and
abilities to perform their duties and responsibilities in an effective, efficient, positive, confidential, and
professional manner. All Police FCU Employees must always respect the confidentiality of Members
and fellow employees. Our Members and other parties with whom we do business entrust the Credit
Union with important information relating to their personal business. It is our policy that all
information considered confidential will not be disclosed to external parties or to other employees
without a job specific “need to know.”
If an employee questions whether certain information is considered confidential, he/she should check
with his/her Supervisor. This policy is intended to alert employees to the need for discretion at all times
and is not intended to inhibit normal business communications.
