Wedding Day in September

We had a wonderfully spirit filled day on Saturday 23rd September
when Alex Potts and Jonny Masters got married in our church. It
was a day I will never forget. Those of us who attended were very
conscious of the love and joy that filled our church and we were all
uplifted by the worship and very much aware of God's presence
with us all. So much so that on Sunday the feeling of love and
happiness was still palpable.

Alex wrote in one of his emails following the service:
“I just want to reiterate Jonny's thanks for all you and Swanage
URC have done for us - we are so grateful and thank God for you
all.

We were so pleased that you felt the ceremony was full of love and
worship - we feel it reflected our experience at Swanage URC over
the last couple of years. We've always felt welcome and that your
congregation has a deep love of God and a faith that inspires.

Jonny and I will be forever grateful to you all for the love, patience,
commitment and generosity you showed us in our preparations for
the wedding and on the day!”
