Invitation to World Day of Prayer Preparation Event in Poole
(There are Preparation Days being held elsewhere -
see the website www.wwdp.org.uk)

Now is the time to look forward towards the World Day of Prayer. Across
the whole of England, Wales, and Northern Ireland women will be
meeting throughout the autumn and possibly early in the New Year to
explore the background, readings and service for 2023.

There will be a Preparation Day at the home of Poole Methodists to
which you are invited. This will provide an opportunity for people from
across Dorset, and parts of Hampshire, Wiltshire and Somerset, to meet
with others intending to hold WDP services in March 2023, to find out
about the service, the people who wrote it, and to develop friendly fellow-
ship among churches of all denominations, even though care still needs
to be taken by us all because of the Pandemic.
