and South America and Europe and again that opened up a lot of doors for me. I met a lot of my
idols and got to see a lot of the players that had been my early influences.
BiTS:
Is there one moment in your life, especially when you were playing with Robert Plant where you
suddenly thought oh my goodness, what on Earth am I doing here? This is wonderful.
IS:
Totally, yeah. I can remember quite often
I'd be on stage with Robert doing Addicted
To Love or something like that and I'd be
pinching myself and thinking what the
hell's going on? [chuckling] Am I awake? Is
this a dream? So that happened quite a lot,

BiTS:
Eddie Mac Scoundrels at the Blues Club
Did it?
IS:
Yeah, yeah and I think Robert got quite a

BiTS:
How did you get together with Marcus Malone?
IS:
We've sort of known each other for years and years on the circuit. We've done festivals before and
always said hi, to each other and always said it would be great to work with each other one day. It's
one of those things that we've been meaning to do for years and I think with the internet, with
being able to record stuff at home, I was able to put a few song ideas, recorded at my studio at
home, I sent them to Marcus and then Marcus would write some lyrics and melodies and send them
back. We did two or three songs like that and we both thought holy cow, we've got some good stuff
here, so it kind of blossomed from there. We got together and obviously, we've both got quite a back
