•    Syllabus refers to the set of topics and the list of course content of an individual
                        subject. Curriculum is for a course, for example, Secondary level, while syllabus is for

                        a subject. Hence, Secondary Curriculum of CBSE contains Syllabus of English, Hindi,
                        and Mathematics etc.


                   •    Extra-Curricular activities should not be considered as additional or extra to the
                        curriculum. In fact, the existence of the word ‘curricular’ itself tells that these activities

                        or experiences are a part of the curriculum or an extension of the curriculum. All
