Warehouse:

Adequate space for the storage of tools and materials that will be used in current or
upcoming projects and also for returned or surplus items from your completed Projects.

Workshop:

Adequate space for equipment and the fabrication of items to be included in your Projects
and also repair of your tools and equipment and completed Project maintenance.

Yard:

Adequate space for outside storage of materials and equipment.

Personnel:

Hiring the necessary staff and maintaining personnel records will be required on an
ongoing basis. Job application information along with a personnel record form should be
available for this purpose. The collection and maintenance of this information is a sensitive,
confidential matter and therefore should be safely stored and accessible to key management
personnel only. Reference literature on local labor laws, regulations and human rights provisions
should be available and updated on a regular basis.
