The complete Business Plan should also include an Index with the Curriculum Vitae of the
key staff and management team.
The format for producing your business plan should be an indexed booklet with front and
back covers and contents page clearly identifying your company at the very beginning. A spiral
bound type presentation will allow the booklet to remain open at any selected page when being
read.
When using the Business Plan to raise capital for start-up operations or major expansions
it is recommended that all copies be numbered and a distribution list be maintained. Prior to
formal submission of any Business Plan it is recommended that you review the contents with a
lawyer and an accountant.
