❖ How is a normal day at the Internship?
Cipla Goa Site has 10 plants also known as Unit's of which
are of OSD, 1 of MDI and 3 of Sterile Products. This
JAMDADE PRUTHVIRAJ Facility is totally dedicated to export.
CIPLA Normal day used to be like
__________________________________________ 8:30 - Reaching to site from 14 kms away where everyday
GENERAL INFORMATION Security guards used to observe my punctuality
Around 9 - Discussion with project manager about project
Batch: PGDMM 05 status and further proceedings
B.Tech: Guru Ghasidas Central 10-12 - Completing pending work and preparing for further
work as per Project managers discussion
University, Bilaspur
*One hour for lunch*
Stream: Mechanical Around 13:30 PM -Going to other units for Data collection
Work Ex: Fresher
and meetings with unit heads and weekly meet with Site head(Project Owner).
17:00 to 19:00 - Sorting and Analysis of gathered Data
Leaving the site around 19:30 or 20:00 followed by dinner and immediate sleep.
❖ What are the challenges faced during Internship?
Firstly my project was totally HR based and what to apply from SCM and Operations perspective to
achieve better results was major challenge.
Being a non pharma guy the process used to seem complicated to understand. Dealing with
Manpower for project related to manpower optimization.
Convincing heads about the proposed solution and applying it practically.
