❖ What did you do right and what did you do wrong?
Firstly there was nothing right or wrong in internship because everyone used to treat me as student and
even if I did mistake I used to rectify it asap. But some etiquettes that I followed were :
Thinking internship as an opportunity to learn and do work in whatever aspect I can to increase
the versatility of results.
Daily reporting on time.
Discussion with Project Manager and other employees on shop floor and noting their
suggestions.
Discussing the project with buddies and other known seniors.
Meeting with Project owner once I have good quality of work to present.
Asking silly doubts to employees and clarify things to understand the processes in depth. Daily
making PPT slides for work done for that day.
Weekly updates to Project manager, faculty guide, site HR Head in one slide format. Not
indulging into employees matters.
Taking initiative to conduct meeting for project work.
*Things which I think were not necessary* -
Renting room which was far away from facility(14 Kms) . Use
of public transport than renting bike .
Not checked internet accessibility at the place .
I stayed so that used to consume lot of my time when I tried to work from home.
❖ What are the things to keep in mind in the internship?
• Make connections
• *If other stakeholders appreciate your work and ask you for some other work as well which may not
be related to your project then do it, it will help you to get advantage in future to verify cv lines
• *Take initiatives because it's your project and will have mutual benefits for the organisation and you
• Always keep dairy with, and note all suggestions after discussion and meetings
• *Discuss project with your batchmates who have kind of similar projects
• Collect PPT and report of seniors who got PPO, to understand methodology
