❖ A brief overview of the project

Project 1 – Automation of production planning in Hair care
making

Background to the project:

Currently in P&G the HC production planning is done
manually, this procedure takes close to 3 hrs. The packing
plan which comes from the planning centre in Hyderabad
is taken from SAP, from which a packing plan, a making
plan and a BPR/PDR sheet is made. This entire process
must be automated.

production planning manually

Project 2 – Development of implementation plan for ABPR in Hair care making in P&G Baddi:

Background to the project:

For the past 10 years P&G Baddi has been trying to Automate Batch Process Report, currently the batch

process report is done manually. Though the ABPR software does exist in P&G owing to large number of
discrepancies we do not use them. My project deals with find the discrepancies, analyse why it occurs,

and make an action plan to eliminate it, align them with the necessary resources.

Objectives of the Project:

Development of implantation plan for Automation of Batch Process Report in Hair Care making in P&G
