❖ A brief overview of the project
I worked on 6 different projects. Projects were related to
Capacity Expension, Process Optimization, New Product
Development, Technology Feasibility.
❖ How is a normal day at the Internship?
It depends on your project, A high possibility that for your
project, you might have to talk to a lot of Delivery Executives to
understand the on-ground reality.
you might have to attend a lot of meetings because you will be
working on different projects. Overall, you'll spend a good
amount of your time thinking about ways in which food
ordering and delivery can be made as fascinating and seamless
as possible, and the rest of your time executing the solutions
MOHIT SINGH you come up with. People here will respect your ideas no
SWIGGY matter how silly you feel they are.

❖ What are the challenges faced during Internship
GENERAL INFORMATION It might happen that the project you will be working on
might stop in between your internship because of any
Batch: PGDPM 05 reason, You should never cry like a baby that your project is
not getting implemented rather than that, learn something
BTech: IERT Allahabad else. Which will add value in your life and using that you can
add value to the company.
Work Ex: Fresher
❖ What did you do right and what did you do wrong?
I think I took enough time to break things down to a level that I could understand and then build upon the
ideas by me and my team. Apart from that During my internship, There was not even a single time when I felt
like I was being spoon-fed and which helped me alot. Working independently has proved to be very important
where I had to think about what are the problems which can arise, how to handle them and who are the right
people to go to for that particular issue.
Wrong, I think I should have played more FIFA.
❖ What are the things to keep in mind in the internship
There will be a very few times when your work will be criticised but I think with time you should keep on
improving the quality of your work in every iteration. My mentor was a super-busy person and a guy who
was handling 7 projects at a time. So I realised in the initial 5-6 days that I am not going to get a lot of time
to discuss each and every thing about the work and It’ s not nice being told what to do all the time. So you
will have to use your brain and make your decisions.
