❖ A typical day during the internship:

I interned in P&G Baddi plant in hair care division. A typical day at P&G Baddi plant for me starts with attending
the handover meeting at morning 7.30 am where the previous day’s progress, backlogs, shutdowns, present
day’s goals and it allocation and the possible solution are brainstormed by the technicians and the line
managers. This used to help me get insights about the technicalities, problems which exists, the systematic
procedure followed for RCAs and last but not the least the various expertise of the people around me which
directly or indirectly helped me in my project. After which I would get to the groundwork and observation of
the various process and meeting the stakeholders, contacting the global team whenever necessary etc. P&G is
flexible about the time you work as long as you can get the work done. Saturday & Sundays are typically a
holiday for managers in P&G but one can come to plant if necessary.
