Avanti young women leadership programme
The Avanti young women leadership programme conducted various
st
activities for girls at Vivek Vidyalaya on 31 July 2019. The
training programme aims to make them more confident, give them a
sense of purpose, allow them to be creative and think out of the box.
The projects addressed issues in waste management,
environment personal hygiene etc.
Through various activities girls emerge as leaders with skills such
as empathy, self – confidence, public speaking, problem solving,
social awareness and responsibility.
IDF wants every student to be a better individual.
