Chapter 4: Creating your Express Entry prof le





                 Language test results are valid for  a period  of  two     years from the date they were

                 issued. If your results expire, you will have to     retake the exam.




           The minimum scores for each prog ram are:

           Federal Skilled Worker: First language CLB 7 in English or NCLC 7 in French (Addition al
           points are available for second language)

           Federal Skilled Trades: CLB 5 for speaking and listening, CLB 4 for reading and writing;
            
           Canadian Experience Class: For NOC 0 or A occupations, CLB 7 in English or  NCLC 7 in
           French. For NOC B occupations, CLB 5 in English or  NCLC 5 in French

           Preparing for your language exam will help you  familiarize you rself with the test for mat
           and experience the types of question s that are likely to        come up.

              Practice for the TEF

              Practice for the TCF


           Don’t ask for your language test results to      be sent directly to    IRCC. You  will have to   uploa d
           a scanned copy of your results with you r complete application .
