Social
The learners were taught speech marks, statements, question marks, punctuations, action verbs

& connectives. They had a lot of revision for Internal assessments. LSRW skills were emphasized
during the sessions.

Math
In the month of July learners learnt a new chapter- addition and subtraction and the different
methods of adding and subtracting the numerals like part-part-whole model, ten frame &
counters, number line, using blocks, story related word problems and others.

Science
The learners had a lot of exposure to varied projects under the habitat chapter. They made an
insect hotel & a habitat for snails. As a part of their IA They were involved in revision worksheets.
Social Science
Learners learnt about what do you mean by “A Good Home” and what are things required for a
good home like good ventilation, windows and the benefits of it. Further learnt about “My
Family” and the relations, specific names for each of the family members and the way we address
them.
