Competency A:Coordinate the delivery of intervention(s) consistent with the
implementation plan.

Competency B: Deliver health education and promotion interventions.
Sub-competencies B:
1.Create an environment conducive to learning.
2. Collect baseline data.
3. Implement a marketing plan.
4. Deliver health education and promotion as designed
Competency C:Monitor implementation.
Sub-competencies C:
1. Monitor progress in accordance with the timeline.
2. Assess progress in achieving objectives.
3. Modify interventions as needed to meet individual needs.
4. Ensure plan is implemented with fidelity.
Implementing health education programis a work plan or a picture or
“map” of what will be done, when, who will do it, and at what cost each step of
activities be accomplished. For implementing the project and planning.
