               manufacturer recommended input of 200 ng. Our validation demonstrates that call rate alone
               is not sufficient to assess data quality. Heterozygosity and total intensity metrics should be
               used  in  addition  to  call  rate  to  assess  sample  quality  prior  to  upload  to  genealogical
               databases.
