#3 White was once a discriminating golf experience for the Club’s shorter hitters as they were unable to ne-
gotiate the trees at the inside of this dogleg left hole.
The renovation widened the playing corridor to enhance both the aesthetic and strategic merits of the golf
hole. Longer hitters are now rewarded with a direct approach into the long axis of the green if they have
challenged the fairway bunkering. Less aggressive players who land short of these bunkers can then ad-
vance their ball short-left of the green to best avoid the menacing right greenside bunker.
