Construction of Permitted Improvements
Tim and Joel are active builders and understand the value of extensive on-site time during a pro-
ject’s implementation. Tim has been personally sculpting golf holes across the globe for over thir-
ty years. Joel has had the benefit of bringing the significant manpower and equipment resources
of McDonald & Sons to implement this work and is a certified Land Disturber within the Common-
wealth of Virginia.
We feel our collaboration provides the best blend of the function, artistry and logistical practice of
golf course architecture for Mount Vernon Country Club.
