Our master plan was completed in 2017 to improve course infrastructure, accommodate the new
Purple Line light rail, to re-establish the historic charm of this previous U.S. Open site, and to prepare
for the 2021 United States Girls’ Junior Championship hosted by the USGA. We have completed
four phased improvement programs to date since the adoption of the master plan.

Glen Oaks Club, Old Westbury, NY
Our 27-hole master planning document envisioned a special Glen Oaks golf experience within golf-
rich Long Island. Subsequent construction took place in three successive winter seasons. This dra-
matic course transformation led the Club to host the 2017 Northern Trust Open, the first leg of that
year’s FedEx Cup Playoff.
Our bold practice facility improvements are now in permitting for an expected 2022 implementation.

Our North Course master plan was completed in 2018 which guided phased construction over the
following three winters in preparation for hosting the USGA’s United States Women’s Amateur
Championship this past August.
We are now turning our focus to implementing a recently completed master plan for the South
Course with another phased implementation program that is to begin in late 2021.

Please note that the three Maryland clubs listed (Woodmont C.C. shown below) are competing facilities that
draw from a similar private club market share. Joel’s inspired and varied design concepts have complement-
ed each specific property well to further define each club’s identity.
