1. CE and Tube support bracket assembly
The tube support brackets are the horizontal extension to the main columns. They support the x-
ray tube, the cooling unit and the collimator (mobile parts).

a. Locate the first tube support bracket

and the guide pins X2 (M8x50). The
brackets are not interchangeable so
make sure you select the correct one.

b. Using a mallet carefully pre- insert the
two pins into the tube support bracket
enough so that they stick out about

5mm on the other side (the pins allow
you to align the bracket to the column
table.)

IMPORTANT: Notice that on the lateral side bracket, the pins are located: one
at the bottom left and the other at the top right viewed from the front of the
column while on the frontal side bracket, the pins are located: one at the top
left and the other at the bottom right from the same reference view.
