1. Put the following circuit breakers on OFF

501F2 OFF Profile generator
108F1 OFF Face detector
108F2 OFF Profile detector
210F1 OFF Face collimator
210F2 OFF Profile collimator

All other circuit breakers are ON (including 901F1 and 1101F1).
