Supervisor Lindsey P. Horvath represents the 3 supervisorial district of Los Angeles County which is home
to more than two million people. The district covers 446.08 square miles and stretches from the Ventura
County line to West Hollywood and the city of San Fernando, including portions of 10 cities, 26
unincorporated communities and 49 neighborhoods in the city of Los Angeles.

HONORABLE Vice Mayor Teresa Cox is the first African American ever elected in 64 years on November 3,
2020, to Fremont City Council and first African American female to graduate with a degree in nuclear
engineering in the USA and made national headlines.
Teresa is a Procurement Executive in the Santa Clara County Procurement Department overseeing a multi-
billion-dollar budget in procurement and contract activities for over 110 County Buildings and 3 County
Hospitals.
She has worked at the White House, appointed to US Department of Commerce's District Export Council for
international trade, and worked in senior management roles in several Silicon Valley firms including
Facebook, Lam Research, Western Digital, and 24-Hour Fitness USA.
