NFBPWC GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND BIENNIAL CONFERENCE 2024,
King of Prussia, Pennsylvania and via Zoom, July 18-21, 2024
Board meeting, July 19, 2024
It was a hybrid meeting – i.e. in-person and on Zoom. There were 15 on Zoom and about 25 in
-person. It was announced Daneene Rusnak, 2nd Vice President for Advocacy, had COVID. She
did attend via Zoom. The meeting started a little after 5:00 A.M. California time. Nancy Werner
(Pennsylvania) read the Collect. I cannot vote at this meeting. Only current Officers, Standing
Chairs, Presidents of Federations and Affiliate Clubs and Past National Presidents can vote at
Board meetings. I did not get into the meeting until about 5:40 A.M. so missed the program
approval, registration report, quorum, Standing Rules and approval of the minutes from the last
Board meeting. I did arrive in time for the Memorial Service of members who passed away
since the last Biennial Conference in 2022. Sandy Thompson conducted the service for the fol-
lowing members. She read about each one. –
