Leadership Webinar

The leadership webinar series has been streaming via zoom and has proved a very valuable learn-
ing tool for BPW members worldwide. Each of these webinars has been organised by Past Interna-
tional President Yasmin Darwich and Past President of BPW Hong Kong, Dr Anne Hilty. If you have
missed any they are available to watch on the dedicated you tube channel, with the link below.
With over 50 to choose from these are a great resource for us all.

This month it was the turn of Past International President, Sylvia Perry, known to many of us
in BPW UK. The history of any organisation is very important, and the webinar was part two, focus-
ing on 1980-2000. We learned more about some of the women that came before us, and indeed
nd
the book that Sylvia co-authored with Livia M Ricci entitled “A bus to 42 street”. Many of us on
this webinar felt that it was an important read, along with the autobiography of Dr Lena Madison-
Phillips our founder.

As Sylvia had so much material to share with us a part three is planned for the summer.
We will, of course, keep you updated on the date of this.
