The current Constitutional and Regulations document and Procedure Manual documents were adopted at

the 27 Congress held in Helsinki in June 2011.

The Constitution has since been amended at the 28 Congress in Jeju in May 2014, and at the 29th Congress
in Cairo in October in 2017. Carolyn Savage and her team are now in the process of revising all the 5 Regional
Constitutions. They have completed the revision of the ASIA Pacific Constitution. They will next work on the
BPW Europe Constitution. In turn, BPW UK will be asked to review the Constitution and the Procedure Man-
ual for the United Kingdom.
