The Biden campaign announced this afternoon that President Obama would follow Trump at every one of his rallies up through next Monday night, November 2. Today, Mr. Obama taunted Trump in Orlando FL where thousands of Floridians showed up in their cars, wearing masks at Obama’s second huge car rally for Biden-Harris.
When Trump heard about the turnout, he went ballistic. One staffer said he could be heard spewing obscenities two floors from the Oval Office, “Where’s Meadows, goddamn it, get Meadows in here right away. I want Obama arrested for faking the turnout and paying everyone off. If they weren’t being paid by Bloomberg, no one would have showed up.”
Meanwhile in Orlando, President Obama nailed Trump for complaining that Covid is ruining his homestretch, “Instead of making a closing argument, Trump is griping ‘Cases, Cases, Cases. Covid, Covid, Covid.’ He’s jealous of Covid’s media coverage.”
A week ago, Trump was asked if would do anything differently in addressing the pandemic and replied, “Who, me? Not much. We gave it everything and it’s going away. Covid’s almost gone. It would be gone if the damn blue states would stop testing. They’re trying to kill me, kill me, in the polls but they will fail. Mark my words. I’ve got this election locked up tight. And if something goes wrong, we’ll go to the Supreme Court and my new Justice Amy will take my side.”
